Course Initiation by Learn with Noman: If, due to internal reasons, Learn with Noman is unable to commence a course that a student has enrolled in, the student will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee. We value our commitment to delivering quality education, and if we are unable to fulfill that commitment, we believe it is fair to refund the student in full.
  2. Non-Completion of Course by the Student: Once a student has enrolled in a course and it has commenced as per the scheduled timeline, Learn with Noman will not issue refunds if the student fails to complete the course for reasons unrelated to our service delivery. This includes but is not limited to personal reasons, changes in schedule, or lack of motivation to continue the course.
  3. Refund Process: To request a refund under the circumstances mentioned in point 1, the student must contact Learn with Noman’s customer support team and provide relevant details such as the course name, enrollment information, and reason for the refund request. Upon verification of the eligibility criteria for a refund, Learn with Noman will initiate the refund process within 5 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise specified by the student.
